Regular, boring masks, cardboard, shitloads of glue, spraypaint, paint, glitter and god knows what. 
The insides are inverted.

Chicken wire covered with black plastic garbage bags,

which we melted with a heat gun. 
(It kinda looks like uhm, crushed limbs poking out from body bags................ or moonstones!
And there was more than one hanging outside)
